Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 1 hour of ordering as once we’ve baked your order we can’t take any cancellations or offer any refunds - treats are baked to order.

Complaints
In the very rare event that you wish to make a complaint, then please email us ASAP to let us know & we’ll do our best to resolve the issue & guide you through the complaint process (returning your treats back to us ASAP so we can assess the problem.)

Privacy Policy
Any Financial details entered on this site during the payment process will not be stored or retained by Squidges and will not be forwarded to any third parties. Once your order has been completed, your data will be held securely for the necessary time and then destroyed securely in accordance with UK Law & Legislation.
